I am currently living in Madrid, Spain. I am teaching English in order to fund my travels around Europe this year.
My travel articles have been published in the October 2007 edition of The Blue Train Magazine and the November 2007 editions of Indwe, Abouttime and Altitude magazines. Most recently I am being published in the Makana Moon, a local Grahamstown newspaper and in European Vibe Magazine in Madrid, Spain.
I read for a BA(Hons) in English Literature at Rhodes University in South Africa.
My journalism has appeared in Activate Student Newspaper, For Him Magazine (FHM), Oppidan Press Student Newspaper, WordStock newspaper and European Vibe Magazine. I have worked as a journalist for Wordstock, the official newspaper of Wordfest at the National Arts Festival in Grahamstown (July 2007). I worked for a week and interviewed authors and poets and wrote in-depth profiles on them.
